If you’ve been wondering what we’ve been up to, we are currently working on getting a website facelift and we sincerely apologize for the temporary hiatus on our updates and blog posts. It is the most hectic month with market week and all plus, yours truly, is getting hitched (in 3 days!). I just found a dress 3 days ago and now I finally feel that everything is coming together. Here’s a peek of my dress designed by Brooklyn based designer and ethical fashion designer Titania Inglis (and the recipient of Ecco Domani’s highly-coveted Fashion Foundation Award). It is not your typical bridal dress but the first time I laid eyes on this beautiful garment, it had my name written all over it. It’s not fussy or too girly, so this is perfect for me. It’s 6 yards of Japanese organic cotton and dip-dyed by hand. Yup, it is quite special, indeed.

Our weekend started off with such an exciting note from a Refinery29 write-up. Our SS12 Lookbook gets a 2 thumbs up from R29 editors and are wander-lusting over our carryalls.
The 1pd elves and I are now blogging from a peaceful, relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And yes, we just beat the freezing weather in NY. Here’s a few snapshots from our winter vacation spot. From where we are, there’s an abundance of fresh air, foliage and dancing sun. We dream of endless summers of days spent doing cartwheels and skipping stones.
